We love to meditate; it’s really our favorite activity, like hanging out with a very near and dear friend. We’ve both been meditating since our early 20’s and together for the last 26. We have no idea who we would be nor how we could live in this mad and crazy world without it. But one thing’s for sure: whenever we run into a difference of opinion (Ed thinks the ceiling is flat while Deb thinks it’s white) it is only when we sit to meditate that such differences dissolve (the ceiling is both flat and white).

Honey Mustard Chicken Rolls
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1/4 cup orange juice

Grilled Sea Bass With Pineapple Guava Sauce
INGREDIENTS
1 can (8 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1-1/2 pounds sea bass or halibut steaks
2/3 cup guava or mango nectar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
DIRECTIONS
1) Drain pineapple chunks; reserve juice. Set aside.
